Rocky needs your help: Managing difficult urethral obstruction cases SUMMARY This lecture will focus on how to manage difficult/recurrent urethral obstruction in cats and dogs.  Practical tips amenable to any general practice/ER such as antegrade urethral catheterization, retro-urohydropulsion, percutaneous and cystostomy catheter placement will be covered.  Percutaneous cystolithotomy (PCCL) will also be covered in this interactive case-based lecture. LEARNING OBJECTIVES Describe a step-by-step approach to relief of urethral obstruction in cats and dogs Describe how to manage recurrent urethral obstruction in cats Understand the indications and advantages of PCCL for stone removal in dogs and cats FEES 80$ (CAD) LECTURER  Marilyn Dunn DMV, MVSc, Dipl.
